I have a Bally 6000 with Bonus Spin feature. I had to replace the Ticket printer because the bar codes were unreadable. Got an exact replacement programmed and ready from Spin Inc
The problem I am having is that when i hit Print Ticket it does print the ticket but the Mars DBV will not accept the Ticket. I have the TITO Home version 3.1 installed and connected to J10 as it should.
I set up per the instructions with the TITO but the slot will not accept the tickets. Can anyone help me with this? Maybe I missed something. The bill acceptor did accept SOME tickets before putting in the new printer. THE GREEN LIGHT ON THE MARS IS BLINKING WHEN I OPEN THE DOOR.
I had to do a clear and re-enter the set up info due to an unrelated error. The slot always goes to Hand Pay. This slot has no coin or hopper equipment as it always has been.
