Title: Super Star Poker - Was glass made for this?

Did IGT ever make glass for Super Star Poker?  Or did casinos just use Game King, Ultimate X, or Spin Poker etc glass?

Found this picture on the internet, but can't say I've ever seen the glass installed in a machine at a casino.
