Title: SG-150B Plus continuous reel spin
Post by: thinkpad4by3 on December 30, 2019, 04:44:33 PM
Hi guys,

I just picked up a SG-150B Plus machine. It powers on, does a sluggish first spin, makes a few beeps, does the "self-testing, wait a while" message, and then goes into a full speed reel spin. When it locks into reel spin, doesn't display anything.

So far I've read through old articles and have done the following:

1) Test/Reset -> displays "will wipe all non stored data" message and then does nothing

2) Reset all connections -> nothing

3) Checked voltages -> 5.3V, 13.6V, 26.8V

4) Did not check battery...likely dead.

5) Bandit arm stays down....is that an issue? Spring unhooked/broken?

6) Blew compressed air on the optical sensors of the reels and replugged the connectors.

7) GAL -> GAL 01-.25C

8) Pics of mainboard and dipswitch configuration below
