Need to set BV and denom on a 16mhz board with sp 1145. Thank-you-thank-you-very-much

Yea Roz, I put the 15 in and it doesn't do anything. No "0: in coins played or able to do anything. I knew something was wrong as I have set bv and denom. 100's of times. The psr for sp1145 says it needs set 89, 90, or 91. A NLG member is sending me one on Monday.
