Title: Igt Igames printer setup

Installed a printer on Cleopatra but unable to find how to enable it in the settings. Using clear 224 and key 40. Mpu says model 2068-f. Settings on this machine does not have peripheral devices. Any help would be appreciated. Would also like to set up the bettor Tito as well

Enable/disable the printer.

From the Key Chip Menu, touch Machine Options, Peripheral Devices Setup, and the Enable/Disable icon next to THERMAL PRINTER.

I do not get the peripheral device option when I key chip it. Not sure why I don’t

Does the printer enable feature depend on which Key chip you use?

Honestly no idea. I have a key 40 and key 45. Anyone know the answer?

Also, like Jim recommended in the other thread you referenced, did you set "HandPay" to ENABLED? His posting implied that this setting was important to the problem. And that some early chipsets did not support printer operation.

Did you hook the printer up properly?  Is the green arrow light on the bezel lit?  What are your Base and GME chip numbers?

Green arrow is lit on printer and it says ready Base 10000617. Game G0000939

That's why.  Your Cleopatra software is a single denomination international version that doesn't support a ticket printer.  If you want to be able to use TITO you'll need to change your game software to a US multi-denomination version.

Does anyone know what Cleopatra game and base numbers that I would need that will support a printer and Tito?
