i believe my problem with my fluorescent light is my starter. It looks like my starter is located in the power supply box. I need to pull the reels to get a couple wires off the back of the power supply. So my question is what is the best way to remove the wheels to do this? Thanks again for all the help.

Post pictures..

Not sure what type of machine you have but a standard Universal has the light starters in the door.

Thanks I found them! Another question: why would some of the 657 light be out on the same strip? I put a good one in and it still doesn’t work. Thanks for your help.

Uniman, thanks for the reply. Having a hard time attaching pictures. On the outside door there are three lights connected electrically by a panel. It is the panel under the reels. These are 657 lights. Only the middle light works even though they seem to be connected in series by the plastic panel. I will try again to format my pictures.

Try cropping your picture. I have to do that with my phones camera.

I will try.

The three below the reel window; The middle light stays on as it lights up the denomination sticker. The light on the left (looking from inside) flashes when door is closed and locked, machine is ready for play but no coins inserted. It flashes the INCERT COIN on the glass. The light on the right flashes the COIN ACCEPTED on the glass after coin(s) are inserted.

Uniman. Thank you for the info! I have another question about coin competitors. I have read about the recommendation for another part in another post you made. Do the wires plug in without modification and does it screw in easily. Thanks
