Title: Can't clear Reel Tilt on Alpha M9000
Post by: Alpha Slot Machines on October 15, 2019, 05:35:24 AM
So I think I've tried just about everything to try to clear these 2 error codes: Reel Tilt- Reel 1, Reel Tilt Detected. This machine doesn't even have mechanical reels it is video type so maybe that could be problem? I think I'm very close to having it working because when I shut main door if I put money in quick it accepts it & shows credit but quickly errors again. I've tried clearing & re-configuring settings many times but no luck. Hopefully someone can help me out at this point I have no clue anymore...

It looks like you have the stepper version software for the correct game but need the video version.  Why they quit labeling the games ASG, AVG, or ATG I have no idea.

When you first turn the game on, the wheel ring LEDs will cycle through the “rainbow colors”. Then the arrow will cycle through the colors. The wheel will spin until the game is in “ready” mode. Does it do this?

If not, check your topbox connections and USB cables. Also the LED ring and arrow connections.

The LEDs in the wheel top box MUST be connected and pass the self-test boot or you will get that error.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the input guys!So the wheel ring will change colors along with the indicator but the wheel doesn't spin at all. How many usb cables are supposed to run from mpu to top box board? I only have 1 connected. All LEDs are connected as far as I know. Hope this info helps!
