Title: S2000 Failure Netplex down

Does anyone no of a common failure with 1270 enhanced boards. All lights on, on the MPU and Netplex down on door panel?

I don't know much (ok, lets call a spade a spade, I know next to nothing) about 1270s, but is it anything like the 500series boards, where a NetPlex done error is related tot he power supply?

Could be power supply but more often it's the Varta battery.

Varta is good. works with other 1270 boards.any issues with CPU chips (I960)?

battery can test ok and still be bad  if you had the game for a few years change batteries , we now change everyone we get in
