Badbaud:
No pictures. I was glad they were phased out. The schematics were 6' x 4' blue prints and would cover the whole testing bench.
Badbaud:
Karma, 2 weeks ago I got one of those older Fortune coin 3 card racks into the shop.
Someone snatched it up within a week as a collector item.
The hopper coin roller was stuck and would not roll. A little light oil got it running.
shortrackskater:
What exactly was it?
Badbaud:
An original Fortune Coin video slot machine built when Stan owned the company.
Chris-socal:
Someone please install a USB port on Alan’s brain, we need to extract all this!
I know this post is 3 years old but I just acquired a Fortune Coin Blackjack machine and I am researching the history of it. I am always amazed to learn who designed and built these units that have lasted 40 years. I have had the honor of meeting Alan in person and he is a wealth of knowledge. Thanks all for sharing history, which equals education. Now Alan, how does this thing work! Lol
