VLC 8825 Can't start touch screen calibration

So I bought a CPU board for my new to me dead VLC 8825 off evilbay.  And it works!!!, sorta..  After experimenting, I found that the touch screen is WAY out of calibration, so much so that I am unable to touch the buttons on the left side of the screen in the maintenance menu.  The book talks about jumpering "J27, pins 2 and 5" on the I/O module to hard start the touchscreen cal.  I have not been able to locate "J27" anywhere, let alone a component that VLC refers to as an I/O module.

Is there a way to force the machine into touchscreen cal mode?  If I can do that, I think I can get this thing working!
