My inlaws gave us this IGT slant top video poker machine....I have been able to get it working again....new battery and jackpot key and lock..however I have a few questions and hope you all can assist...
First, what is it that I have here? I see PE/PE+ on the forum....not sure if its one of those...
Second, the coin disk in the bottom never moves.....should it? Is it turned off...if so where?
Third....cant cash out (maybe related to item 2)...maybe thats off too? Maybe not enough coins in it?
Fourth...there is a backlit ad/display on top to the left of the CRT...its not lighting...known issue like a bulb or ballast or turned off for a reason/indicative of anther issue?
Lastly...setup/programming menus.....how are they accessed?
