Welcome to NLG. here is a link to Aristocrat video machines. I assume yours is a video machine?  http://newlifegames.com/nlg/index.php?board=58.0 (http://newlifegames.com/nlg/index.php?board=58.0)  If not here is the other reel slots page. Maybe you can find some info about your machine. Never hurts to post pictures.  http://newlifegames.com/nlg/index.php?board=87.0 (http://newlifegames.com/nlg/index.php?board=87.0)

That's an odd looking error message, can you post a photo of the screen showing the error message? Also, Aristrocrat made many different models of machines, we need to know which one you have, so like Shaggy suggested, post a photo of it so we can identify it. The more info you give the more help we can be.

In IGT thoughts that might be a door open error. Don't know about Aristocrat though.

Maybe check all the usual suspects, like any switches that sense the main door lock, cash box lock switch, cash can seated switch, etc.

Also like an S2000 you would get that error if the door had been opened and shut. It won't clear until the first paid credit is played. Also is there a coin comparator without a sample coin in it. It won't take coins for credit play until then.

Is there a Test or Diagnostics pushbutton/switch inside somewhere?

Also, due to the camera angle I can't read the first part of the error message displayed in the red digital display is it "M error!"??

Wow- that's a lot of green/yellow status led lights in the last photo.

I looked thru the NLG file library but didn't see a manual matching this 3 reel machine, unless I missed it. Maybe someone will check in that is familiar with this model.

Yes, this is important... is this an "M" error or "N" error?
Look for ANY buttons on the outside of the mpu board or near the power switch.
Where are you getting that other number? Is there a model number on the side, on a tag?

On some machines an "M error" pertains to the "Main" door. Does your machine have a switch on the inside of the door, maybe near the door lock, that gets activated by a moving piece of metal when the door is locked or latched? This switch can also be mounted on the metal cabinet that the door closes onto. Look for broken or disconnected wires near the door edge or door frame on the cabinet. You can post photos of anything you find that you aren't sure about.
