Here's 4 screen shots of an unknown (to me) poker game.  Can you ID it and do you know that paytable. Thanks!

looking at the flags that might be patriot poker. I once saw a picture of a pe+ machine with that name, but can't find it again.

No pictures, sadly, but I found a couple of web references to IGT having that name trademarked circa 1991, which is also the copyright date on the game (Brian: on the game recall page after the meters).
