I see the 0 in coin played window, but now I need to push the reset button. Just double checking which one
Is the reset button. Thanks for your help ,trying to get Bill Validatori working after ram clear procedure

Perhaps you mean the reset switch on the side of the machine, not far from the pull handle? The reset switch needs a key (usually a "2341" key) to turn it.

In JJSlots instruction it tell you do the following /Press the reset button once and you will see 90 in credit window. Then press spin reel to change this to 91

Which SET chip are you using? Maybe the "reset" button is the "self test" button?
These are the notes I have for using SET chip on S+:
SET CHIP OPTIONS
Press the self test button to step through the set chip option pages. To change an option setting, press the Spin Reels button. After any change has been made, save the changes by stepping through to the last page and exiting or by pressing the Bet One Credit button.

Using the IVC 123 chip, if I punch the test button it goes through the ram clear procedure.

My understanding is that the CLEAR chip is used to clear the ram. A different chip called the SET chip is used to enable the bill validator. Did you purchase both chips?
Why are you doing the CLEAR procedure on your machine? Did you convert the game to a different game, or maybe have a persistent error 61 that wouldn't get fixed any other way?

IGT S-Plus IVC123 clear ram chip w/ instructions. Used to clear the memory and fix the ever dreadded 61 loop if you get caught in it. If your machine has a bill validator, you will also need a set chip.

If you mean the number on the SET chip it would depend on which SET chip your ordered, there are several different ones. But the label should begin with "SET". The SET015 is a popular one. When you bought from jjslots did you only get a CLEAR chip or did you get a SET chip also?
Here is a photo of how the chips are sometimes marked, but it varies with who the seller is. These two chips (SET and CLEAR) do entirely different things and should not be confused.

As far as I know, on the S+ the CLEAR chip is only used to clear the cmos ram and restore the machines preference settings back to factory defaults, which includes disabling the bill validator. Because this is a drastic procedure that changes many settings to something most owners do not want you should not do a CLEAR on the machine unless it is absolutely needed. The CLEAR chip can not be used to enable a bill validator, in fact it disables it.
The SET chip is used to enable the bill validator, plus a few other settings that are not typically messed with.
