I have a "new lucky 8 liner" when I first got it had a coin jam every time I powered it up so I unplugged the bill validator when i tried adding credit using pin-out 18 to ground coin jam came back so i played with dip-switch settings and now can add credits grounding pin 18 so my question is ict p70 bill validator what is the inhibit active high and low used for Ive looked all over the web which i can find how to connect the wires but want to know what it is and what the difference between high and low
