Who made the Paris Gold slot machine?

also it is showing a error code that is hard to read in the pic

looks like it is something like 88 9 off something

attach is a pic . kinda hard to see

From what I can see, that's a Bally 5500 or 6000. A full front picture would confirm that.

Bally 6000. Bally 5500 has the bill acceptor bezel to the right side and even with  the reels, Bally 6000 has the cut out in the door for the bill acceptor. Stephanie.

It could be a dead battery or a weak power supply.

thanks for the offer. I do not have the machine. Neighbor down the street was trying to sell it for 100.00. Thinking about getting it and get it back to working

Unless it is missing some major parts or victim of a flood you can't hardly go wrong for $100. Particularly if it is a mainstream brand such as IGT or Bally.
