What are the correct settings in order to clear my credits in case the cash out button is pressed so I can zero the credits out.

There is a setting that makes you press cash out button twice so you don't cash out by mistake. First push will ask to confirm and push again in the vfd display.

Ok, I can change that setting but how do I need to set it up so it's not looking to print a ticket & for it to be no coins?

Yes, hopper limit 0, don't install printer,  All cashouts should go to hand pay.
