I just completed installing a curve monitor and am trying to install a curve game and am having multiple problems. I'm in a little over my head.
Installation of the monitor and the new curve game seemed to go ok. I'm at the point where I boot for the first time after installing the game and I need to configure it. I attempted to first calibrate the touch screen but I am unable to. The cross I need to touch is off the edge of the screen. Also, the setup menu doesn't respond. It appears the touch screen isn't working. I tried swapping ports at the CPU (iDeck & monitor) with no effect. I did notice when installing the game that the screen text ran off the bottom edge of the screen and the last line of text wasn't visible. The monitor indicates a resolution of 1360 x 768. The software is Quick Hit Blazing 777 #301640A. It's supposed to be a curve game. Could there be a mismatch between the monitor and software resolution ? Any ideas ??
One thing I should add. The cover glass and touch screen is new as well as the sensor board. The glass and board came as a matched set, still in manufacturers packaging. I acquired the curve monitor itself with the machine when I bought it but it wasn't installed.
I welcome any help I can get here.

Top screen and touch need to be primary. Bottom screen/touch is primary on 22/22.

I swapped the cables and got the touch screen working. Things look a lot better. I then screwed up the progressive setup and can't get back into it to make the changes. Will I have to do a clear and reinstall the OS and game ?

You don't have to use clear card. Just need game and install cards and reinstall.

I reinstalled the game and came close this time. I completed the setup and have one last error. It says call attendant . . . Validation not set. What exactly is this and where do I find it ?

Comm settings / protocol select. set com 1 to sas standard. Then go to device owner setup and set machine control and ticket out to sas primary.
