742A-266 was "3 star 25 stop" model built for Harold's Club casino.
usually the IGT plate meant the game was taken in on trade by IGT and resold.
value depends on a lot of things like cosmetic condition and where you live. A non-working game can often be found for $100 or less, and people ask in the mid-high hundreds for a fully working one.
unless the game has something unique about it, they made hundreds of models of the 742A, so there's a lot of them out there.
if you had to pay someone to fix it with the intent to sell it, you may not be able to recover the investment. If you're interested in fixing it yourself, then you may make enough for afford a step up from McD's to a place with cloth napkins :-)

Hey thank you for all that information!
I guess I can get money to scrap it, it weighs a ton

Depending on your location.
A machine with the stand not running could sell for $200.00 to $400.00.
Depending on the total overall condition.

Please post a PHOTO of the machine so we can see it.

I live in Lakeland Florida, about 30 mins from Tampa or 45 from Orlando. I may list it on marketplace for $300 or best offer
Thank you

Thanks for posting the photo. At least I've got an idea of what his machine's glass looks like now.
