Title: BB2 screens go black on new game

I have a bb2 that I’m trying to install ruby slippers on.  Setup is fine, I’m disabling the top box in game options.  When it loads into the game the top screen shows the appropriate game title screen then both screens go black and machine is unresponsive.  I can reinstall other game I have and all works fine.  What am I missing?  Thanks!

What OS are you running? OS H13.xx?

Try OS 13.37 and see if that works
