Model: Sharpshooter
Symptom: Dead
Custom IC at U118 had been hit and had some lifted and bent pins.
Reflowed IC U118. Board would attempt to boot but had garbage on screen. Reflowed the SRAMs at U114-U117 and the board would boot but had bad colors. Reflowed the SRAMs at U128 and U129. Screen looked better but still had bad colors. Reflowed the RAMDAC at U131 to fix the remaining color issue. Board would play but had graphic corruption and would lock up. Cleaned dirty pins on the program ROMs at U110-U113 to fix the lockup and dirty pins on U127 and U124 to fix the graphic corruption. Tested game.

Symptom: Gun 1 off registration, gun 2 won't register on screen.
Replaced bad 74F32 at U198 and recalibrated guns. Tested.

Model: Police Trainer
Symptom: Corrupt sounds
Gunshots and some other sounds were corrupted and only played static. Replaced bad 8Mb ROM at U162 and tested.

Symptom: No sync and garbled sound
Replaced bad 74F32 at U119 to fix the sync issue. Reflowed U151 and patched a damaged trace to it to fix the sound issue.
