Without seeing the inside I would say IGT Fortune 1 or Fortune 2  Twenty one game.  More and clearer pictures would be more helpful.  I have a similar and probably older model in my profile.

I can buy it, but it's far to me.
It need ram clear chip when battery dead?

Can I swap it to poker or fruit machine with change game eproms?
