Title: Printable Reels and Chassis Graphics?
Post by: smartin53 on April 05, 2017, 09:41:01 AM
So I didn't find anything specific on the topic so I wanted to ask...

Does anyone know of a resource that provides both S+ reel and chassis (top and bottom glass) graphics?

I want to swap between games as desired but the existing reel and glass options are pricy (I apologize to resellers, but I'd like the flexibility on a whim).

Basically I am looking for a site that has templates for the glass and reels that I can print and install (top and belly glass being transparencies installed on clear glass).

For me the reels are more important.

Slightly I am also interested where folks get the EPROM software to burn it. I'm very technical IT wise which makes me interested and I want to get my own burner to learn the subject, but I can't find a good reference.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Since the work is copyrighted, you will not find an open source for what you are looking for.  Most of the graphics are held by the printers who originally made the artwork and printed the strips and glass for the machines.  Sunkist graphics comes to mind, but you will find that the prices of a newly printed kit is going to be a lot higher than what you now find as pricey for a used one.  Some of us have printed strips on photo paper in costco or similar, but we have laid out our own graphics based on photos of OEM strips.  A lot of printing shops would not print the glass artwork for me as it was copyrighted material.  I think you will find that unless you print them yourself (and it is very crappy to print glass graphics on your own, unless you have access to good printing equipment and the right material to apply to a sheet of glass), the costs get really high very fast.

Assuming that is the case...Photoshop shall be my friend.
