Konami Tasman series 1 problem after new batteries installed

Hi everyone , i have a Konami Tasman series 1 ,was working perfect then had lockup saying needed new batteries on the MCU ,now new problem after new batteries installed
says" Exception has occured zero divide" then a bunch of numbers then Format:$2 Vector offset=14 Instruction Adress :94d00000

Also on boot up it has NG for RAM
can anyone help with this,  it would be much appreciated..
