Title: Sound much too loud on Bucks Ahoy machine

I picked up a "Bucks Ahoy" machine yesterday and it's in pretty good condition. I'll need to replace some flourescent lamps, but it's running well.

The sound is very loud. I tried to follow directions found on this site about sound adjustment and I went thru the steps to lower the volume via pressing the various play buttons.

I can adjust the sound level all the way down to No Sound, I tried it at level #1 and then tried No Sound but the sound is still pretty loud. Even on No Sound, it still makes sounds.

Here's what I did.

I pressed the White reset button and then the Cash Out button 2 times. The video display showed various drop down menus and I toggled over to sound and then down to volume control. I selected the level as described above. Still no reduction of the sound.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong. ? When No Sound is selected, there should be No Sound. I'd like to set it at level #1 because the room it's in is not very large and the sound is overpowering.

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing - or Not doing - wrong?

The sound volume on a Reel Touch machine is controlled by the top box.
Open  the door press the white button on the MPU, toggle down to setups then press the spin reels button, tab down to LCD volume, press the spin reels button and adjust game volume. Hit max bet to save.
You may also want to go back and adjust the s2000 volume also, not that it's used for Reel Touch.

Thank you very much.
I followed your easy instructions and got the volume where we like it. 
This is the first Reel/ Touch machine I've owned. It's a bit of a learning curve but I'm getting it. New Florescent lamps on order and should have it done and like new in no time.
