Title: Help with a pachislo machine

I purchased a pachismo machine last Sunday
The coin go all the waythrough the machine.
You put them into the coil slot, and they come out the bottom
I did A reset..(Turn machine off, turn key, turn machine back on) nothing changes.
I have noticed a screen at the top that constantly reads "Now Loading"
I think this might be the crux of the problem, but I am not as well versed in these things as you guys are. Any thoughts?
Also this thing is loud. The manual tells about different settings for the volume, but I can not find them.
Any help here would be appreciated.
