E1 - error?

Never thought I would be posting for a Pashislo - what I do for my customers.  Got a Sammy machine - power up gets shows E1 - i do the reset as indicated - power off - turn reset key to right - power up - press the handle - error codes away - remove the key - and machine runs.  If you power off again - the E1 appears again.

Barry I just found a video that supposedly explains how to clear the error. It seems to explain it well. I think it's explaining how to do a full reset.

that is what i have been doing - the E1 clears but keeps coming back.

I had an error on a machine a long time ago and did a partial reset which didn't work.
Then I did a more complicated "full reset" and it solved the problem.
Well - hopefully someone else will chime in.

GOS:
how do you do a FULL RESET?   the instructions only indicate the reset key which clears the code - but the error reappears once you power off and on again.
