HELP IDENTIFYING THIS PACHISLO MACHINE

It's a mystery to me... and the lamps aren't working! :(
Any help on identification?

How about a photo of the entire front of the machine, with door closed?

That's a Japanese PACHISLO skill stop machine.
They are not real slot machine.

Do any of the lamps work?
If none work, poke around for a loose connector. If they're all burnt out, you just twist the socket out. The bulb pulls out of the socket and you can identify the type.
