you can look in the files (hex editor -Hxd shown in pic) Compare to known files to see which type.  some will even have the identity inside.  I search for things like PP, XP X000 etc

Yea, no time for that. I would rather look at a list of checksums if not found then I would investigate further.

I certainly wasn't trying to be insulting. I just wrote that text file to help the novice. But it was really meant to show the standard naming convention used.  Check your PM soonish....

I can do the sorting as needed. It's kind of my thing :-)
