Golden Tee file system

I have a 05 GT complete. On startup it won’t get past file system 2 check.
Few months ago hard drive died, so I purchased a flash card and boot eprom from eBay. Was working fine for a few months. Any help is appreciated.

I work on the Live! platform all the time to fix Golden Tee, PowerPutt, Silver Strike Bowling and the rest. I have not worked on a Fore! in sometime. If your power supply is not kicking out proper 5V the board can give you problems. I may have one sitting around the shop if needed.
