Deep Sea 7 needing Help please

Machine stop working and not suture what up. Please help if you can.Not sure if this is the problem but bonus window has close and reset is highlighted at bottom of window.
The credit window show credits and pay window show 5 and bet window show2. When I  turn machine on
It boot up and has ok on all item. Then it does the spin and has no alarm. After that the credit / Bet / payout light
Up with number. The thing on the bonus  window where the fish are swimming it has close and reset at bottom.of
Screen. Could anyone help me fix this issue, I’ve have no experience at all on this brand of machine.
