Namco Air Combat ss22 has CPU ERROR.....Pallette Ram

Just starting to work on this  Namco Air Combat 22 arcade...shows cpu error, pallette ram on start up and stops.....I did find some info on another site on which chips on board #4 , the video pcb......anyone familiar with?.....anyone recommend shops that could send to for repairs?
