Konami Advantage 5 reel stepper - VFD and reel errors

Hello together,


maybe somebody could help me what would be great.
I´am trying to repair a Konami Advantage 5 reel stepper machine but i always get the following error messages (even after a RAM clear):


VFD MALFUNCTION


and


REEL 1/2/3/4/5 BACK LIGHT (BOTTOM / MIDDLE / TOP)


About the VFD: From my opinion it is connected correct (please see the picture). Do you think it is a bad / broken VFD maybe?


About the Reel-Errors: When entering the Test-Mode all RGB-LEDs behind the reels are light on (all colours, so in white) ; thats why i´am wondering about that error-messages for all the reels.


I have attached some pictures; hopefully they will help.


Any help is very appreciate. Thanks a lot in advance.
