Getting Licensed To Buy Slots

Ok so im starting a slot collection. I have one & times pay 5 reed variable denom. I love it, paid $425 for it. I live close to vegas, when i purchased it i was told that he seller buys them from casinos in vegas for $300. I was wondering how the licensing works to be able to purchase them myself from vegas and save alot of money. My grandmother recently passed. She LOVED her slots. Its different shopping without her, but id like to get a slot in memory of her. Her favorite was da vinci Dimonds. There fairly new, video, i dont know if they sell those or not yet. your age is 15?  are you even able to go into a casino? ,Getting a lic in  vegas  should be  very hard.
the guy buying the slot for 300 and selling it for 425 is not making  a lot of money , there are many other cost that he has
