Removing Yellowed tape

I have had some luck with foaming glass cleaner, the kind that does not contain Ammonia.
Soak the tape and remove a piece of tape with some tweezers before doing a full on peel of the tape.

No there is now lamination on the back. I will experiment on a glass I have that is not usable
