IGT S2000 SENET Progressive?

I recently got this in a bulk buy of slot machines. Works good the only thing is the progressive meter is just blank. Totally clueless on these things. I snapped a few pictures to see if I am missing something or what. Any help will be appreciated!

I know this is old but I figured it out. Just set up progressive like spectrum display. Key chip 7 then progressive settings
