Bally PS6000 and TITO@Home

I just added TITO@Home to my Bally SP6000, I am having trouble getting to some of the settings.

92 - I only have 0000 and 0001, I need to set to 0003
19HI - not available to set
19LO - not available to set
17 - not available to set

Anyone have any idea what I may be overlooking?
