I have an opportunity to buy this non-functioning machine for $100.

I thought I'd consult the experts here to see if that's a good deal or if I should pass. The chrome looks pitted and worn out for sure, but I don't know the make or model...

Bally E1000/E2000 series. Mechanical reel assembly. Early microprocessor stuff.
