aruze gen-x button(s) issue?

Anyone have a wiring schematic of an aruze gen-x button panel?  All the buttons on the deck light up when pressed.  All the buttons show working properly in the game settings/setup menu (attendant key turn menu) for showing if buttons work. 

When I go to select bet multiplier amount (1-5), the button i select stays lit.  However, when I press the spin button, the bet auto-defaults to 5x multiplier and the selected 1-4 multiplier button turns off and 5x multiplier goes lit as if it were selected.  Max bet button press defaults to 5x multiplier and the game starts another reel spin as normal.

Any help would be appreciated.
