Touchscreen wiring help

I am trying to hook up a Fox 340 board and need to build a small RG45 to RS232 cable for touchscreen connection. I've looked and cannot find what I need and I've tried some different configurations with no luck. I had a similar cable pulled from a pot of gold and the RS232 wires were pulled out and there were 3 wires they were going to pins 2, 3 and 5 but not sure if that is the correct configurations for a Fox 340. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
