Coin Out Jam Error Code

I am new (today) to this forum and had recently purchased an IGT 2000 Double Diamond Haywire slot. I recently performed an upgrade from a single denomination (25) to a multi denomination. I used the clear and key chips and followed the key config settings and the machine was running fine after the upgrade. I am currently experiencing a coin out error. Closure M, Coin Out Jam, Call Attendant error string. The machine is on a casino type stand and is connected to a UPS.

Any insight would be appreciated.

This needs moved to s2000 section.

The printer probably needs to be activated.  Do you have a key chip for machine?

If you have a coin out jam then most likely you had credits on the machine and tried to cash out without a hopper installed.  It's trying to pay from it, but can't.  You'll have to clear the RAM to get rid of that.
