First and foremost I like to give a thank you in advance to the tech guru for your help. I am running dragon cash “Panda Magic” on an Aristocrat Helix upright and trying to change Jurisdiction with chipset clear card and ran into problems. Even more so after I tried to change everything back to the original jurisdiction I’m getting the call attendant, ram error, and game mismatch lockup. The reason I’m trying to reset the game is because the bet value is incorrect even though the denomination is right. Can I either purchase a manual that can guide me through factory reset and fresh install or hire someone from the forum to guide me through the process?

I bought the machine and was told that the wrong version was uploaded and it’s not possible to adjust the denom and it’s bet value to the dragon cash machine found in the casino. Also lucky chance spin is not available at the current setup.

Is it possible to factory reset and reinstall Panda Magic and configure the game to the following perimeters?

The basic game is played on five reels. Depending on the denomination you choose to play with, you play on 50 lines (1 and 2 cents), 25 lines (5 and 10 cents) or 5 lines (1 and 2 dollars).

Please advise.
