I just picked up a 1989 wild joker poker IGT video all I get is call attendant on the screen where do I start

Open the main door or turn the jackpot reset key and see what the error is.

Also please post 1 clear photo of the machine so we can determine what model it is.

Key is not the typical reset key the ones I have don't fit Open the door and all it says is  door open Will have to put a new reset switch in Also have read a couple of post about advance button and RAM board reset swith

Post a couple of pics of the outside and inside of the machine as shortrackskater suggested.  That way we can identify the type of machine & provide the proper instructions for checking/clearing the error.  Photos have to be less than 1mb to post, so resize as necessary to get under that limit.
