**Video Poker, Keno, Slots, 21** Gaming machines > IGT AVP (Including G20,G23)

Just bought a G20. One of the loaded games was for MLD which I do not have.

So now the machine won’t work.  It is stuck on a red screen with “ -/ SystemComponents/PresentationManager: Lua Game Content
Error -
- Invalid Monitor Type! MLD Monitor or Physical
Reels Required.” error.

I don’t have an Ekey so I can’t go in and disable the game. Is there another way to clear this error?

Yoeddy1:
You absolutely need to invest in an ekey7.  Vendors should make that a requirement when purchasing an AVP machine.

You also must have a diag key 14-21.  Contact Jim @ Midwest Slots he should have both.  His number is on home page vendors list.

Thank you both for the quick reply.  I did order a diagnostic key. I guess I’ll have to bite the bullet and buy the Ekey.
