Sigma 3 reel: Mechanism for Arm-Pull

The arm pull mechanism (there must be a more proper name for that?) for my Sigma 3 reel is iffy at best.  I am going to remove it and see if I can either get it to work properly or try to replace the entire mechanism. 

Who has the best inventory of salvaged parts for Sigmas?  I might be lookng for a replacement mechanism if this one is not reparable.
