i have S2000 double 5X but put coins in play hits cherry and no win and then you get 3 different symbols and it wins . Which chip is wrong on the board ?

what chip do you have right now? 
a picture of machine pay glass might help too.

you have the wrong ss chip (you have ss7754 which is for 5x Pay).  You'll need to purchase a new chip and then you should be good to go.
