light blubs needed for 5000 plus

Hi   i have bunch of blubs burnt out and need some help on what # size voltage these are,,,, took some photos to help id them,,,, these are from the coin buttons and the larger one is from the light that are mounted behind the reel glass,,, they are burnt and i tested to make sure,,, can not see any numbers on them,,,  if anybody knows what they are please post so i can try to find replacements for them     thanks
