what would cause this sigma slot to tilt? and how can I clear it?reset key does not help. stays tilted. thank you

Try a Ram clear-
with game off-
 turn and hold reset key-
depress and hold test button (inside machine)-
turn on game while holding test button and holding key on-
message will flash "data reset" on the display.

Try that see if it clears your issue.
