MLD pinout for converting a S-AVP to MLD-AVP

Affordable Slots:
I am converting my S-AVP to a MLD AVP. I have a 3.0 brainbox, and I need to know what the pins are for the monitor power. The MLD is a Kortek 22" TFT LCD monitor it has a 6 pin molex plug. Any info would be appreciated.
