phantom of the opera back box flasher problem

(1/2) > >>

trashman:
hi when i put game in coil/flasher test flasher bulbs blow there 89 as should be.i havent done a voltage check yet but im guess there to many volts does anyone know how to fix this thanks :thank_you:

Todd Scott:
Is it just that one that blows? Any of the other flashers blow? Don't really know off the top of my head but is their supposed to be a diode on that one?

trashman:
all of them in the backglass blow as differnt groups light, so i bought some 28 volt bulbs problem soveled for now.

rcoonjr:
Is it all the flasher in the back box or just one...putting a 28 volt bult (1251 I'm assuming) in a 89 socket will put some stress on the drive transistor for that circuit... I'd get the schematic and locate which flasher it is... and change the associated transistor for it..

I own a phantom .. I built it from parts and it runs like a new machine.

Mr. Dinoman:
Replace your TIP122's and related diodes...Here is a lamp layout...
